About

Hi, I'm Grant, 
I work from my small workshop in Forres, in the North of Scotland
I make unusual, useful and beautiful things from wood, from unique serving boards and tables to restored carts and most
everything in between.
​I use native woods as far as possible and enjoy using hand-tools and traditional techniques and materials
whenever I can. 
I love to repair and re-purpose - with a hint of high-tech where required.
​Cool stuff, old stuff, interesting stuff.
​I also teach people how to work with wood using both contemporary and traditional techniques.
